De Rode Haas is situated in the centre of the rural village of Haasrode, 6 km from the university town of Leuven and 22 km from Brussels and Brussels National airport. Since Haasrode lies in the green belt it’s the ideal place for nature lovers and the more sporty amongst us. The Rode Haas is at walking distance from both the Meerdael and Heverlee woods and is also near the ‘Dijle valley’, an area of natural beauty.
